Matthew 4:17-22 | The Call and Cost of Following Jesus

Alex preaches from Matthew 4:17-22 where Jesus calls four fishermen to drop their nets and leave their father to follow Him. Jesus’s call for these four mirrors his call to us: if we are going o truly follow Him, we too will have to lay something down. There is a cost and promise to following Jesus–the cost comes at making Jesus and His kingdom the priority of your life, but the promise is that as we follow Him He will transform us into people who look like Him and do what He does.
