What we think about death and how we relate to death will determine how we live our lives. Rather than avoiding its reality out of fear or trying to overcome it, we are to face our death before the Lord. That’s what Psalm 90 seeks to do. It brings death into focus and, in so doing it, teaches us about life— an abundant life that is possible with God.
